First you need to register online and get a TAccount^TM. Please be sure to include all the necessary information like contact information, preferred subjects for enrolment, option of test preparation and/or non-test preparation which will help us better understand your needs. Please follow the steps mentioned in the link to 'open an account' and 'enrol for packages'. You have an option to pay for your packages by credit card, debit card, cash or cheque. You can use our CHEQUE/CASH Pick Up service. After you have made the payment your package will be activated and you can 'schedule a session' according to your needs at least 24 hours prior. You can choose a tutor yourself or get help from a TAssistant^TM through live chat, phone or email. Once you have scheduled a session you will receive an email once the tutor confirms the session and it will show in your TCalendar^TM. Thereafter login to your account at the time of your session and click on 'start session' link – this will take you to an online classroom where you will share a whiteboard, text chat window and voice communication with the tutor.

For online tutoring we recommend you to have a computer which is a Pentium III or higher with an internet connection, a computer microphone, and computer speakers. We recommend computer headset with microphone and a pen tablet – both of which are available with our preferred vendor for sale at special price. Test Preparation is meant for all domestic and overseas entrance test preparations post 12th Grade and currently include GMAT, GRE, SAT. Most of the test preparation subjects are focused on English and Maths, and vary in their level of difficulty. Non-test preparation is focused on normal board preparations including ICSE, CBSE, IGSCE, SSC and HSC - and will include all subjects including Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, Economics, Languages etc.

At Teacherni.com you have the option to sign up for standard packages for each grade that have been created by our team after careful research and understanding of an average student’s learning needs or customised packages for learning independent of a structured program. Both packages start with a minimum sign up period of one month. Standard Packages are cost effective, while customised packages are charged on a per hour basis.

Yes, you can cancel 24 hrs before start time of the session by logging in to your student account and going to "My Calendar" You can also cancel a session which has been accepted by a tutor as well as cancel a request for a session to which tutor has not yet responded to. However, we recommend that you only request appointments that you are sure you can keep and avoid cancellations as much as possible, out of consideration for the tutor.
